Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Service

All products provided by XS Select consist of intangible digital access to trading evaluation software and data feeds. Due to the nature of these digital goods, the service is deemed "consumed" and "fully delivered" at the moment the account login credentials are dispatched to your registered email address.

2. Refund Eligibility

Pre-Delivery: If you have paid for a challenge but have NOT yet received your login credentials, you may request a refund. Please note that a $2 USD administrative and network fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover processing costs.

Post-Delivery: Once the login credentials (account and password) have been dispatched via email, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

Evaluation Results: Refunds will not be provided based on the outcome of your evaluation. Failing to meet the trading objectives or violating risk management rules (e.g., drawdown limits) does not entitle the user to a refund.

3. Dispute Resolution & Finality

For USDT and cryptocurrency transactions, all payments are final due to the nature of the blockchain. Users agree not to initiate unauthorized disputes or "chargebacks" with payment providers. Any concerns must be resolved directly through XS Select support (support@xsselect.com). Unauthorized dispute attempts will result in a permanent ban from our services and forfeiture of all active accounts.

5. Trading Rules & Account Termination

Users must strictly follow the evaluation rules (drawdown limits, profit targets) as described in the "Challenge Rules" section. XS Select reserves the right to terminate any account without refund if we detect prohibited trading strategies, including but not limited to: latency arbitrage or HFT exploitation in non-conforming environments; exploiting platform errors or data feed lags; coordinated trading between multiple accounts/users.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XS Select shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service or any technical failures of the third-party data feeds.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, assessment models, and platform branding are the exclusive property of XS Select and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
