退款政策 Refund Policy
1. 服务的数字属性 Digital Nature of Service
XS Select 提供的所有产品均包含对交易评估软件和数据流的无形数字访问权限。鉴于此类数字商品的特殊属性，一旦账户登录凭据（账号和密码）发送至您的注册电子邮箱，该服务即被视为"已消费"且"已完成交付"。
All products provided by XS Select consist of intangible digital access to trading evaluation software and data feeds. Due to the nature of these digital goods, the service is deemed "consumed" and "fully delivered" at the moment the account login credentials are dispatched to your registered email address.
2. 退款资格 Refund Eligibility
交付前：如果您已支付挑战赛费用但尚未收到登录凭据，您可以申请退款。请注意，我们将从退款总额中扣除 2 美元的管理及网络手续费，以支付相关的处理成本。
Pre-Delivery: If you have paid for a challenge but have NOT yet received your login credentials, you may request a refund. Please note that a $2 USD administrative and network fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover processing costs.

Post-Delivery: Once the login credentials (account and password) have been dispatched via email, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

Evaluation Results: Refunds will not be provided based on the outcome of your evaluation. Failing to meet the trading objectives or violating risk management rules (e.g., drawdown limits) does not entitle the user to a refund.
3. 争议解决与终结性 Dispute Resolution & Finality
对于使用 USDT 和加密货币进行的交易，由于区块链技术的特性，所有支付均为最终支付（不可撤销）。用户同意不向支付服务商发起未经授权的争议或"拒付 (chargebacks)"。任何疑虑必须直接通过 XS Select 官方支持团队 (support@xsselect.com) 解决。任何未经授权的争议企图都将导致该用户被永久禁止使用我们的服务，并没收其名下所有活跃账户。
For USDT and cryptocurrency transactions, all payments are final due to the nature of the blockchain. Users agree not to initiate unauthorized disputes or "chargebacks" with payment providers. Any concerns must be resolved directly through XS Select support (support@xsselect.com). Unauthorized dispute attempts will result in a permanent ban from our services and forfeiture of all active accounts.

XS Select provides a simulated trading evaluation environment ("Challenge"). We provide access to technical assessment tools and data feeds. We are NOT a broker, and we do NOT accept deposits for live trading. All accounts provided are demo accounts with fictitious funds. No real capital is ever traded by the user during the evaluation process.

用户必须严格遵守"考核规则"部分所述的评估规则（如回撤限制、利润目标）。如果 XS Select 检测到禁止的交易策略，保留终止任何账户且不予退款的权利，这些策略包括但不限于：在非标准环境下进行延迟套利或高频交易 (HFT) 剥头皮；利用平台错误或数据流延迟获利；在多个账户/用户之间进行协同交易（跟单/对冲）。
Users must strictly follow the evaluation rules (drawdown limits, profit targets) as described in the "Challenge Rules" section. XS Select reserves the right to terminate any account without refund if we detect prohibited trading strategies, including but not limited to: latency arbitrage or HFT exploitation in non-conforming environments; exploiting platform errors or data feed lags; coordinated trading between multiple accounts/users.
6. 责任限制 Limitation of Liability
在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因您使用服务或第三方数据流（数据源）的任何技术故障而产生的任何间接、附带、特别或后果性损害（包括利润损失或数据丢失），XS Select 不承担任何责任。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XS Select shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service or any technical failures of the third-party data feeds.
