Step 3: 5-Minute Trigger. Price taps the lower boundary of your 1-hour demand zone. You drop to the 5-minute chart. You wait for a 5-minute bullish engulfing candle that breaks the immediate micro-structure (a CHoCH). You enter long on the close of that candle.

Step 4: Risk Management. Your stop loss goes just below the swing low of that 5-minute candle. Let's say the entry is 8,000 RMB/ton, and the stop is 7,960 RMB/ton. That’s a 40-point risk. Since palm oil has a 2 RMB tick size, that’s 20 ticks. At 20 RMB per tick per lot, your risk is 400 RMB per lot. If your daily risk limit is 800 RMB, you can trade 2 lots. Your target should be the next 1-hour supply zone, giving you a minimum 1:2 risk-to-reward ratio.
