We are NOT a broker, and we do NOT accept deposits for live trading. All accounts provided are demo accounts with fictitious funds. The content and services provided by XS Select are for educational and evaluation purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Trading involves significant risk, and past performance in a simulated environment does not guarantee future results. - Eligibility & Compliance
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. - Trading Rules & Account Termination
Users must strictly follow the evaluation rules (Drawdown limits, profit targets) as described in the specific “Challenge Rules” section. XS Select reserves the right to terminate any account without refund if we detect prohibited trading strategies, including but not limited to:
Latency arbitrage or HFT exploitation in non-conforming environments.
Exploiting platform errors or data feed lags.
Coordinated trading between multiple accounts/users. - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XS Select shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service or any technical failures of the third-party data feeds. - Intellectual Property
The content, assessment models, and platform branding are the exclusive property of XS Select and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. - Governing Law
