- Digital Nature of Service
All products provided by XS Select consist of intangible digital access to trading evaluation software and data feeds. Due to the nature of these digital goods, the service is deemed “consumed” and “fully delivered” at the moment the account login credentials are dispatched to your registered email address. - Refund Eligibility
Pre-Delivery: If you have paid for a challenge but have NOT yet received your login credentials, you may request a refund. Please note that a $2 USD administrative and network fee will be deducted from the refund total to cover processing costs.
Post-Delivery: Once the login credentials (account and password) have been dispatched via email, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
Evaluation Results: Refunds will not be provided based on the outcome of your evaluation. Failing to meet the trading objectives or violating risk management rules (e.g., drawdown limits) does not entitle the user to a refund. - Dispute Resolution & Finality
For USDT and cryptocurrency transactions, all payments are final due to the nature of the blockchain. Users agree not to initiate unauthorized disputes or “chargebacks” with payment providers. Any concerns must be resolved directly through XS Select support (support@xsselect.com). Unauthorized dispute attempts will result in a permanent ban from our services and forfeiture of all active accounts.

交付前 (Pre-Delivery)： 如果您已支付挑战赛费用但尚未收到登录凭据，您可以申请退款。请注意，我们将从退款总额中扣除 2 美元 的管理及网络手续费，以支付相关的处理成本。
交付后 (Post-Delivery)： 一旦登录凭据（账号和密码）通过电子邮件发出，在任何情况下均不予退款。
评估结果 (Evaluation Results)： 退款不以您的评估结果为依据。未能达到交易目标或违反风险管理规则（例如：达到回撤限制）并不意味着用户有权获得退款。 - 争议解决与终结性 (Dispute Resolution & Finality)
对于使用 USDT 和加密货币进行的交易，由于区块链技术的特性，所有支付均为最终支付（不可撤销）。用户同意不向支付服务商发起未经授权的争议或“拒付 (chargebacks)”。任何疑虑必须直接通过 XS Select 官方支持团队 (support@xsselect.com) 解决。任何未经授权的争议企图都将导致该用户被永久禁止使用我们的服务，并没收其名下所有活跃账户。
